foundation with excellent accessibility, strong Best Practices and
very little JavaScript blocking. The biggest opportunities are
concentrated around product image delivery, browser caching and the
shopping experience itself. The technical foundation is good enough
that targeted optimization could make a meaningful difference without
requiring a full rebuild.

homepage alone. Several 300×300 product PNGs are transferring
between 170 KB and 270 KB each, while the logo is also substantially
larger than its displayed dimensions.
Converting the catalog to WebP or AVIF, compressing source files and
generating appropriately sized thumbnails would reduce page weight
without changing the storefront design.

Modernize Product Discovery
The catalog contains substantial inventory, but category pages are
visually dense and the extremely long category navigation creates a
lot of vertical dead space. Product cards are also relatively small
compared with the amount of available screen space.
A cleaner faceted filtering experience, stronger product hierarchy
and more intentional category navigation would make it easier for
customers to move through hundreds of healthcare products.
