WordPress Infrastructure Review
Overall Infrastructure Health
Krampade has an established WordPress and WooCommerce foundation, but the current
implementation is showing serious reliability and performance issues. Intermittent
502 errors, stalled navigation requests, and a 13.0s mobile lab LCP should be
diagnosed before deciding whether the business actually needs to replatform.

Top 3 Opportunities
Diagnose the Current Infrastructure First
During our review, pages intermittently stalled, navigation requests timed out,
and the Testimonials page returned a Cloudflare 502 Host Error. These symptoms
point to a reliability issue in the current environment that should be diagnosed
before treating WordPress itself as the problem.
Improve the Mobile Purchase Experience
On mobile product pages, the product gallery consumes most of the initial
experience and pushes price, product information and the Add to Cart action
farther down the page. Reworking the mobile PDP hierarchy would make the buying
path faster and more obvious.
Reduce Front-End Overhead
The homepage carries nearly 2 MB of transferred resources along with unused
JavaScript, unused CSS, multiple font files and oversized imagery. The existing
stack can be streamlined without removing marketing or ecommerce functionality
that contributes business value.

Mobile PSI
Poor
mobile test produced a 13.0s LCP and 4.7s First Contentful Paint. Combined with
the intermittent 502 errors and stalled navigation observed during manual testing,
performance appears inconsistent and warrants deeper infrastructure review.
